Compass Soap Co. Gift Card Policy

Compass Soap Co. gift cards may be used toward eligible purchases from Compass Soap Co. Digital and physical gift cards carry the same stored value once activated. Gift cards can be used across multiple purchases until the balance reaches $0.

Gift cards do not expire, and we do not charge inactivity, maintenance, or service fees. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, except where required by law. If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the refunded amount will be returned to the gift card or issued as gift-card credit, rather than refunded as cash. Treat gift cards like cash. Lost, damaged, or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.

Digital gift cards are delivered electronically. Physical gift cards are mailed to the shipping address provided at checkout. Compass Soap Co. is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address or mailing address provided by the purchaser. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card. Promotional codes and discounts do not apply to the purchase of gift cards unless a promotion specifically states otherwise. Compass Soap Co. reserves the right to cancel or deactivate gift cards obtained or used through fraud, unauthorized activity, or other misuse.
